Terms & Conditions

1. Preamble

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between CNDC — Comptoir National des Collectionneurs (hereinafter "the Seller"), operating under the trade name Midas Numismatics, and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") placing an order on the midasnumismatics.com website.

2. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of numismatic products offered by the Seller to the Customer.

3. Products

Products offered for sale include coins, medals, collectible banknotes, postcards and numismatic supplies. Each product is described with maximum accuracy. Photographs illustrate the products but are not contractual regarding colours and exact size.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes. VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 297 A of the French Tax Code (margin scheme for second-hand goods). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

5. Orders

Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Order confirmation by email constitutes conclusion of the sales contract. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (anomaly, prior dispute, product unavailability).

6. Payment

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via the secure Stripe platform, or by bank transfer. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The transaction is secured and encrypted.

7. Delivery

Products are shipped by registered mail with tracking and insurance. Delivery times are indicative and vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, and displayed before order confirmation. Transfer of risk occurs upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@midasnumismatics.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and undamaged. Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

9. Authenticity guarantee

All products sold by Midas Numismatics are guaranteed authentic for life. In case of proven doubt about the authenticity of an item, the Seller commits to a full refund, without time limitation.

10. Claims and customer service

For any claim, the Customer can contact the Seller by email at contact@midasnumismatics.com or by phone at 09 79 24 53 16. The Seller commits to processing any request within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent courts of Évry shall have jurisdiction.
